It is predominantly focused around functional fitness and strength training with ‘knowledge bombs’ dropped all over their posts.

The team has now grown in size and they offer specific fitness programmes alongside their traditional podcast. A great one for if you’re a Crossfit or functional fitness enthusiast.

Roman Fitness Systems has been around for some time now. However, that doesn’t stop it from being just as good as anything else out there. John Romaniello runs the blog and puts out some great articles across the spectrum of scientifically backed workouts, healthy recipes, lifestyle articles and business advice.
