Holiday workouts

WorkoutsWith our second trip away on the cards and no gym access I had to get creative with my holiday workouts…

Now, I was keen not to simply repeat the workouts I have previously done. I still had minimal equipment available but I wanted to add swimming into the mix as well. Here’s all my workouts for you to try. Let me know how you get on in the comments following the post…


Workout 1…

Cindy – 5 Pull Ups + 10 Press Ups + 15 Air Squats

Find something stable to do pull ups on and move. You don’t need a pull up bar!

Workout 2…

Every 4 Minutes: Swim 80m

Workout 3…

7 Rounds: Run 300m + 30 Double Under’s + 10 Down Ups

Workout 4…

EMOM x 21 Minutes:

1 – 15 Romanian Deadlifts (Find 2 matching weights and perform as kettlebell deadlifts)

2 – 25 Press Ups

3 – 30 Alternating Lunges (15 each leg)

Workout 5…

Every 2:30 Minutes: Run 200m + 10 Air Squats + Run 200m + 10 Air Squats

Workout 6…

Every 2 Minutes: Swim 15 Meters + 5 Pool Muscle Ups + Swim 15 meters x 10 Rounds

Workout 7…

EMOM x 21 Minutes: Odd – 15 Burpee’s / Even – 50 Double Under’s

Workout 8…

20 Minute AMRAP: Run 300m + 12 Burpee’s

There we have it, all of the holiday workouts I hit whilst away…

Hopefully you can see that I have tried to add variance in. Swimming was really beneficial and something I enjoyed massively! I need to do more of this at home. Please do feel free to give these a go and if you do let me know what you think.
