How to make Lean in 15 overnight oat recipes…

Banana and chocolate overnight oats

Let’s be honest, there’s not many combinations of foods that go together like chocolate and banana. In addition, it saves you throwing out those “on the turn” bananas. As Banana’s begin to turn brown, they become sweeter and more suited to cooking/baking. They are soft and tasty basically. So, all you have to do is.

  1. Place all ingredients excluding the oats and dark chocolate in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Place your oats in a bowl and pour the mixture over them, stir well. Leave to soak in the fridge in a secure container overnight (Or 7-8 hours).
  3. When you wake up, crumble the dark chocolate over the top and enjoy!!!

Quinoa overnight oats

This is even easier than the first Lean in 15 overnight oat recipe. It is a really satisfying dish that has a nutty and savoury flavour. In addition, it will take away any of those mid-morning cravings you have ensuring you;re full up until lunch.

  1. Throw all ingredients, (except for the apricots, raisins and honey) into a large bowl and mix.
  2. Pour the mix into secure container and leave to soak in the fridge overnight (Or 7-8 hours).
  3. Roll out of bed (see what I did there) and top with dried apricots, raisins and a bit of honey.
